feeding a sun coral

I somewhat recently purchased a sun coral from my lfs. ive been feeding it that green smelly stuff(cant think of the name) and like the frozen sea monkeys alternating. at first i fed them all the time then for a while i lost intrest in my tank and prolly fed the directly 6x in 4 weeks. they started to bleach at the bottom and a few got more clear then white around the rim. now ive started to feed them again to get them to regain health. now my question is today they all opened but not fully extended so i fed them both foods and like 90% of the heads ate. now they are fully extended should i feed them again or what its been like 2 hours

Once a day should be fine. If you are going to use the brine shrimp you need to soak them in selocon or the like.
