The motor on my OceansMotions squirt stopped working. Not only did I get email responses in the middle of the night, but they are sending me out a new motor at no charge.

The service provided by OceansMotions is nothing short of incredible. I wish every manufacturer in this hobby was as good.

Another happy customer here. I actually broke one section of the OM 1" nozzle. I emailed them to buy an entire nozzle, explaining to them my situation (for no other purpose then casual, friendly banter ... I broke the nozzle and wasn't expecting warranty to cover my stupidity). They promptly emailed me saying they were out of stock on the nozzles. What they subsequently did surprised me: I was DHL'ed the broken piece, free of charge, directly from their manufacturing plant!
