Building a sump. Need help

I had a 30 gallon acrylic tank for seven years and was quite successful. I had to take it down last year when I moved. I am now completely settled, and am getting pieces back to put the tank back up. Now, I want to try it with a ten-gallon glass sump that will be kept below the tank. I knew to sumps, and am looking to build it myself. Any recommendations for good articles/plans that would fit my system would be greatly appreciated!
