I have a small tank that I currently fill with water from Meijer. Meanwhile, I live in a humid area and I run a dehumidifier in the house to keep condensation off the windows. The dehumidifier pulls almost a gallon a day out of the air. Is this water clean? Could I safely use it in my tank?

Nope. AFAIU, there is often copper piping in dehumidifiers.

yeah, if it is good stuff, you may wonder why Meijer don't drain their HVAC system out and sell the condensation as drinking water in those dispensing machine instead of drown the drain :)

You from Mid West?

Yes, I'm from Michigan.

It was hard to look inside the thing, but there are copper pipes in there. Not all of it though, the condenser part is...something else. I guess I could test the water to see if copper is leaching in the water, but even if it's negative, trace copper could still build up in my tank over time, couldn't it? I was really hoping for free water too. :?

Run your finger along any place inside the dehumidifier you'll probably come out with quite a dirty finger. Don't use that water.

Don't do it! There are good reasons why everyone doesn't do it! :D
