on the top beak of my angels mouth there is a mark it looks like a white mark kinda like he scratched it on some rocks or something but its seeming to take a lot longer to heal than the normal scratch on that fish takes,any ideas what this could be if its not a scratch/scrape ?

Post a pic if you can. Most likely it is just a scrape. My Passer Angel ended up with these occationally when he'd get spooked and dart into the rocks.

A pic would be helpfull though.
