I was at the local Jetty yesterday and picked up some awesome looking rope like algae or plants that had washed ashore. I am having trouble identifying them though. Im not sure if its a plant or a macro algae but it is soft, smooth branching 1/4 inch rope like and green. Im at work so I dont have a pic. Its really georgious and bright green. Does anyone know any sources for identifying marine plants. Ive done an hour of googling so dont say google. lol

By the by my turbo snails are all over it like Paris Hilton on a dollar bill...or like Clinton on a Cigar....er.....a catholic preacher on a little boy....yea that one. So is the lawnmower blenny.
