The way I use mine is to mix it in a half of coffee sized cup with some other stuff for acro's and some mysid. I then take a turkey baster and target my corals that way. I have a 125 gallon and use a piece as big as my index finger from the finger nail to the first joint(the one before my knuckle). Sorry for the poor explanation of my finger. I feed my corals in this matter about once per week. My corals respond greatly to the cyclopeez. They love it, but I think it smells awful..

Rinse it and strain it. Lots of phosphate in the thaw water. I use a brine shrimp net.

every food you put in your tank is polluting, i use the frozen , i put in a cup with the rest of my food when i feed, let it all soak in tank water for about 20 minutes to thaw out any frozen stuff, also to soak up garlic juice and marine-c....................then just dump in, id say i use a dime size amount every 3 days

:? Well, sure, so it's best to minimize it.

Exactly. Feeding corals on a daily basis could have serious adverse effects.

Even feeding less than daily can be a problem if you don't minimize the extra nutrients by not rinsing food and overfeeding. I fed my corals daily without issue but I was always careful.
