where the heck can i get them? I bought them at a LFS in GA when I lived there, but can find absolutely no where close here in AL that carries them.

I'm even having trouble finding them online... FROZEN not dried

ok

so i was spelling it wrong....

the correct spelling is:

Cyclop-eeze

NOW... question.. has anyone used the dried kind? I've used and like the FROZEN, but the shipping adds a lot to the cost.

Anyone use both before? Opinions? Comments?

Thanks,
b

I contacted Cyclopeeze and gave them the name of one of LFS store's. When all was said and done, the LFS started carrying Cyclopeeze and they sent a free package for me, for hooking them up.

Love the picture

I suggest you make some phone calls .. not all LFS carry the stuff but its becoming more popular so you may find in your area. Pretty easy to buy on-line but the shipping cost of refrigerated items is often spendy.

What have you seen that makes you say that the frozen is so much better?

(why do I sound annoyed when I read that sentence... I'm not, I feed the flaked stuff and my fish like it a lot but then they like anything I feed them a lot :) I'll buy the frozen once I know why it's better)

IME the frozen seemed to be more readily accepted by more critters so less waste and it mixed better into the "custom coral food" I used to prepare.

In a very general sence frozen foods are GENERALLY more nutritous than their freeze dried counterparts.

I like frozen stuff :)

Why is it more nutritious? Does the freeze drying do something? I don't like freeze dried products myself but then I'm not a fan of of frozen either. I can imagine the flakes being hard to mix with a home made brew though.
