Some guy at a LFS said Seachem salt is a low grade salt in reality it is'nt.Stuff is'nt cheap and it buffers it out to 8.4 and it has a high calcium content.He said everyone uses I0 which I suppose is good even though I've never used it.Does it buffer it out?I'm running out of the Seachem and thought I can give it a chance.Should I switch?Worried about Ph

Bob it is common knowledge that most lfs people are stupid, every lfs usually has 1 good person maybe. I am fortunate cause my lfs guy is awesome. Also keep in mind that RC is a good salt so is IO as are the rest, but they are in the biz to make money an sell you what they have in stock and also what sells the most.

i switched to tropic marin, from io. too see to see if it is a differance, but my cal is more stabily
