recently i have noticed a drop in the amount of copepods and amphipods in my tank any ideas why could cause a drop in the amount of these animals present in the tank (nothing bad has happened) and any tips for bringing the amount of them back up
I agree pods like to eat if you feed they will multiply , sometimes to very great numbers.
Predation take out a lot of pods, depending on fish in the reef tank. Especially if you seldom feed the fish.
