restarting actinic flores....

tomorrow i am going to FINALLY plug in the actinics that have been sitting under the chair for EVER. i just got the proper connections that have been on back order for nearly three months.

the question-

can i just start them in with my normal light cycle, or do i have to slowly start adding hours?

will they hurt/stress my tank or will the addition just be that, an addition?

Without knowing any details about the system or the lights it's tough to give a good answer, but generally speaking you can probably just go right to a full schedule.
