I have a 20 Gallon high reef tank, up until a week ago, I had a 24" Coralife Aqualight 65 watt power compact light on it with a 50/50 bulb.

For corals I have:
capnella, green finger leather, anthelia, a branching hammer, an acan lord, a blasto, a bunch of zoas and some candy canes.

I just upgraded to a 24" Coralife Aqualight 2x65 watt power compact, and it came with 1 10,000k bulb, and one actinic bulb.

I switched the 10,000k out for the (fairly new) 50/50 bulb from the first fixture, and it looks awesome.

So, now (since each bulb is two strips) there are 3 actinic "strips" and 1 10,000k

Is this ok for the corals?

Thanks in advance!

Does it look cool? To your eye? The corals will grow. It is about aesthetics to add the actinics, changes the spectrum from yellowish to blue ish. I really like more blue!

I would love to see a photo of it when you have a chance. I have a 20h, and I think it is a fun tank!
