considering adding this fish to my 46gal reef tank, current inhabitants are a clownfish and two damsels, just added two very small green chromis to see how aggressive the existing fish would be and so far everything is peaceful leading me to believe I could add the flame angel without the damsels attacking it

anyone have experience with this fish? I have quite a few softies, lps and one sps; does it have a reputation for bothering corals?

thanks in advance!!!!

I think you will be ok with the fsh gettin along, the damsels might let the angle know were they have drawn their lines.

angles have been known to pick at star polyps and such, but that depends on what chararecter you get with the fish

it should be fine, my does not fight with anything except angels and sometimes anthias, but it never damages them. mine does not bother corals but other people say they nip and tell me im lucky. it is up to their personality

Yeah....I think you'll be fine.

Fantastic looking fish. You'll see him picking at the rocks, but mine doesn't really bother inverts too much.

Great fish.....fun to watch.

Be sure to feed him enough and he'll fatten up quite nicely. Stick at ground-probe in the tank (if you don't already have one). LLE, or whatever it's even being considered this year.....whatever....get yourself a grounding probe. It might just save your life (and my dwarf angels and tangs have always done better with one in the tank).

Not the cheapest of the dwarf angels, but he's usually the 1st fish people talk about (even before the "Nemo fish!!!!!")

Super...duper..cool fish.....

I think I paid around $45 for mine.

I hope that helps,
Eboman
