Bleaching

I have a green Monti ,it's growing onto my rock , I changed my actinic recently,and it seems it losing color , what would cause this I have 50 gallon tank 20 gallon sump, and I do 5 gallon weekly water changes, Could it be the lights?

it could water quality, lack of calcium, ect. just changing brands and with it being antic's i doubt would cause this
