i hemmed and hawed....
i went in and looked.
i talked about it for two weeks.
i read countless pages of none-sense.
i had my eye on two different foxface guys.... i decided today was the day and i went after choice number one.
sold.
i went after number two, and now he is swimming in the 120 while poor isabelle (the sailfin) is miserably hanging out in the borrowed 20.
the tank is brand new, the set-up only just finished late yesterday afternoon. i thought i would put the sailfin in as i was excited to see it all in...... that and seniority...
then today i got the foxface.
i moved some rock around just before he went in, and i left all the lights off. it was total darkness in the room. by the time i walked to the kitchen and back the sailfin was all over him. just swatting at him with her tail and completely open fins. as soon as the i turned the lights on low in the room, she backed off and swam around like nothing was going on. so i dimmed the lights and stepped back. nothing.
total darkness found the sailfin right back on the foxface.
lights on, she swims away.
lights off, torment city.
long story short, i put her in time out.
tommorrow i am going to really rearrange the rocks and try again........
