My brain has been slowly bleaching over the past several weeks.

At that time, I changed the flow pattern in the tank and also replaced the lights.

The brain is at the bottom of a standard 75 gal. tank with dual 150W MH/96W PC Actinics.

I read that changing the lights can "burn" the corals, so I've very recently adjusted the actinics to 5 hrs. (previously 8 hrs.) and the MH are still at 8 hrs. It's too soon to tell if it has any affect.

Other corals seem to be happy, though they are all pretty hardy types.

Any other thoughts?

Probably from the lighting change. Generally when changing bulbs its wise to do some light acclimation, if the bulbs were pretty old and say you changed from 20k halides to 10k you'd expect a big par jump.
