Hermits active in the daytime

I was reading about hermit crabs in a back issue of coral magazine. They wrote that if your hermit crabs are moving about in the daytime, they are hungry.

Mine are about in the daytime, but I know that I over feed my tank and have algae.

What do you guys think?

They are always hungry =0) I've not seen a hermit chill rubbing its belly.

I wouldn't take most magazine articles for their word 100%.

I agree Leslie, mine are always moving around and eating and I too overfeed...so much for what you read in books..maybe they just like what we're feeding them! :flower:
