Hi,
I'm relatively new to reef tanks. I currently have a 20gal nano up and running for almost 18 months. It was initially fish-only. I've recently decided to expand to small polyps and was advised to handle a couple of things prior to adding the new corals. I've noticed one piece of live rock harboring several tiny anemone's. Or are they?
Should I worry about these guys stinging the corals? I'm currently have this piece of LR in quarantine. I was told to soak this piece in fresh water to kill these guys.

I have pictures, but every time I try to post with them, I get an error.

Thank you in advance.
