I read the ad. They were very wise to add "rectangular tanks only" to the page. Im gonna get another 40 breeder if they have them in stock.

Technically those cubes are not perfect cubes, so you can try and argue that it's a little rectangular.

but if they sell the oceanic cubes too...i might go for that instead....

I think few people from Nano-reef tried to buy 30g or 33g oceanic cube tank but that discount doesn't work for these tanks.

You could buy them during last years sale, I did and I know a few other people from here got them. It took a bit of prodding which made no sense since when they scanned the bar code into the register..it did come up at the sale price.
Definitely worth asking them to scan one and see what happens.

Just came from petco and tried to get one of the 33 cubes for 33 bux but they added "special tanks" to the exempt list and consider anything that isn't an AGA tank a special tank :irked: THey won't budge on the cube arguement at all.

I know. I got 33G cube tank for $33 last time too. But this time, they know about this tank and they took it out from the list. So you won't get it no matter how much you argue.

Chief like dmitry said. AGA bought out oceanic so its technically and AGA tank. I'm going to try it after work if they even have any.

Yes AGA owns oceanic. But they consider the oceanic tanks "Specialty tanks" which are excluded from the sale. 45 mins with the manager making calls and telling me no then making more calls and telling me no hey would not budge on the Oceanic tanks. Try if you can, just don't try at the yonkers petco. They will tell you no.

someone go make a big fuss at their stores and use the arguement AGA owns Oceanic, and that by offical deffinition all squares are rectangles :lol2:
