I bought this ATO from AquaHub.com, it worked fine for a month or so. When it stopped working I contacted AH, they sent me a new relay. It then worked ok with the exception that every now and again I would have to give the wire to the float switch that sits in the reservoir to keep the pump from running when the reservoir runs low. Now, it just runs continuously. I can't figure out what is the problem. Can anyone of you guys/gals figure it out please?

I've checked, nothing is impeding the holes in the jar the floats sit in.

Thanks for all the input guys! Can you guys recommend a better one that is not going to go in a matter of a couple of months? This stupid thing was not cheap($49), even if it was cheaper then some.

basically theres current going through the wires...and that mean one of your float switches are probrably stuck in the "on" position

the relay is off untill the float switch engages and give power to the relay ...then the circuit completes and powers the pump

i personally like float valves.....but i know thats not always the case for others
