i need some advice. i'm thinking of purchasing a fixture the corallife aqua lite pro 150 x2 hqi with pc for my 90 gallon tank. is this enough light? for softies, lps and some caps. or will this be more suitable for a 75 gallon tank?
right now im running 250 x2 with ice caps. i feel this is juicing my electric bill. do you think i would be better off with 175 x2 mh with two 54w t-5's
inside of a canopy? i really need to know before i waste any money. this fixture does look nice but will it work for a 90 gallon reef, softies, lps and also caps

at best you'd save $20 a month

In this hobby, that's a negligible difference and not worth swapping out the fixture for.

yea but whatta bout the 150 watt with 2x 96 pc fixture for the 90 full of lps softys caps
and a couple of sps???????would that sustain my reef..and growth?

I think it will sustain lps and caps for sure - I have done so with only dual PC 50/50 lighting.
