70W Metal Halide enough for 20 Gallon?

Is this enough wattage or should I go with 150W. I don't plan on using a chiller so heat is a concern. I was thinking of putting a canopy on top as well, so I know that's not going to help the temp. either. Let me know, thanks.

lets play it safe and say all I plan on keeping in it is SPS.

sps in a 20 gallon? I'd use a 250W lamp and a chiller.

I would not use less than a 150W lamp. One or two fans will keep the tank cool as long as the room has A/C on the hot days. Without a chiller you better be careful, if your not home and it gets hot it's game over.
