Anyone ever used them, or should I say try to use this site. I came across it one night and saw that they had super low prices, which seemed to be too good to be true. I figured I would give them a shot since a medium sized red carpet anemone was only $140 plus $29 for fedex overnight shipping. Once I got to check out I noticed the cart wasn't secured so I was going to pay through paypal which the company had listed as an option. Once I am done it tells me an invoice would be sent and I could make my payment. I got the email with no instructions on where to send payment. I tried emailing them to ask... no response. So I emailed a few more times and again no response. I started to call and got the machine every time and left a message........no response. The order was placed on 1/17 and still nothing from the company. Started to google the site to see what I came up with. Found lots of complaints, especially on forums in Michigan since this is where the store is located. I also checked the BBB and they do have an unsatisfactory standing. Good thing I wasn't able to send payment. Figured I would let everyone know that some deals that seem too good to be true are!

I did buy a bunch of fish and corals two weeks ago both fish dead,other fish not in box,clam not in box.Corals I did get are nice.I tried to call him 10 minutes after he himself delivered in person to my job and he wont answer,called for a week nothing.I finally called visa to stop payment and they will see if he will then want to make good on his end or refund my money which was paid in full.This is my first and last dealing with this guy I say crook crook crook what a shame. do yourself and wallet a favor and deal with livequaria or salwaterfish. I trusted and now need to deal with crap from visa.I just wanted a deal and got this instead!!!!!!!!!! To boot his dead fish is now polluting my water because I cant get to were he is and the crabs only eat so fast........... Thanks corals plus.... you do &uck
