buy a brand new Mh hqi or buy it used

with a store or online store i get 60 days like on http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produ...al&Ntk=All&pc=1&N=0&Ntt=hqi with ballast&Np=1 i like the one for 279..... with you guys i trust you but what if the **** bails out and brakes

I say if the extra 100 or so for new wont be too much go for new and save any worries about possibly getting a faulty product and having to replace pendent or ballast.
