T-5 how long

How long do you run your t-5 lamps for lps, actenic and whites seperate?
What lamps are the best for zoa's and lps.

i usually have my actinics on for 10 hours...and the whites on for 8 hours

i have 3 tek retros and run antic from 11-11 second set antic plus and 11k from 12-10 and 2 11k's from 1-9
