I finally decided to go for an ozone system for my 125 FO system,I did alot of research on this issue,(the ozone generator went up in price twice while I was deciding). It is an expensive endeavor. I made my own ozone reactor and reverse flow carbon reactor, the method of attaching the ozonizer to the protein skimmer is obsolete. I have an ASM skimmer and spoke to the CEO himself who gave me alittle insight. I spoke to two marine biologists as well for their input.I am far from an expert on ozone so take my post for what it's worth. The generator itself is a Red Sea 200 mg/hr with the controller and probe,as I said I made the reactors myself with some help from the members here and a few other of my own ideas, there is alot of material to try and cover with one post so I figured I'd put it out there and saw what everyone had to say.
