Has anyone have or had any experince with South Seas Lace Rock and what could you tell me about it and its effects to a reef tank. Just starting up the tank and was thinking of using this rock as a starter rock and seeding it with some live rock that i have in another tank!

"South Seas Lace Rock 40 lbs., Caribsea. South Seas Lace Rock has much more structure than any other commonly available aquascaping rock and is much more porous than others as well, (you will get more rocks for your money). South Seas Lace is a calcium carbonate base rock that is very similar to actual reef rock, and at one point actually was, although it is obtained terrestrially from ancient coral reefs underground. South Seas Lace will make the perfect alternative to live rock" from, (http://www.dtpetsupplies.com/catalog/products_new.php)

That rock looks extremely dense and not very porous. You should look into marco rocks or the two part solution rocks.
