Okay..now the part I am really bad at 
Me and leaks have quite a history....and of course near electrocutions...but I'll save that for a later day.
The 220 is set up with a small sump currently while I am plumbing the main sump under the stand. It is about a 30-40gal etss. I am running 2 external overflow boxes (total gallons into sump approx 1000, from each end of the tank into first section of sump which is plumbed with two bulkheads on back towards the top of the compartment. The skimmer intake is plumbed to an Iwaki MD 40 RLT to a ETSS 800, main section LR with CF, middle section PH probe, temp probe mounted and heater, last section bulkhead for return pump....here's the question. I have a Little Giant that is not in use, model 4-MDQX-SC, it should return between 1000 and 1200 gph to tank.
Will this set up work? Is it a flood in the making? I am going to go to a single overflow box with 2 bulkheads in a bit...if I need to.
Anyone have any thoughts???
