As of now, few of you might now that I am upgrading my tank and I have another problem. I am planning on getting an overflow box with 2 outlets. One outlet is going to go to the sump w/protein skimmer, and is going to have a Quiet One 4000 rated at 1017gph as a return. The second outlet is going to go a seperate tank which is being used as a refugium and is going to have a CAP 1800 pump rated at 650gph. Is this going to cause a problem with the water level in the fuge/sump/main tank? I want slow water movement in the fuge. I want to maximize my total water volume, but dont have a lot of space underneath my tank, that is why I have to seperate the fuge and sump and place the sump next to the stand. Is this feasible or do I have to overhaul my plans?
