How much clearance should one have between the top of the collection cup and the cabinet?
The reason I ask is:
Does the amount of air coming in through the vents (small holes) on top of the skimmer cup affect how much a skimmate falls into the collection? For example, does the froth hold more shape because of the additional air (hence more skim)?
I have almost zero clearance between the cabinet and the collection up, and very little air coming in through the top.
Have you guys noticed this before?
