Anyone using the E.T.S.S Sump Buddy 40 or any of their Skimmers. i notice its kind of load on the air intake . what did you do the quiet it down with out hurting performance, also what bioball combonation did you use to get good skimming from it.

All downdrafts are pretty noisy, the best way to beat the noise is to attach a long piece of tubing to the air intake. Run the tubing behind your sump/stand or a place where the noise won't be so obtrusive.
