midwest denitrator question

hi all i have a midwest denitrator and am servicing it for the first time in over a year. im trying to reassemble it but i dont remember how the setup goes and the online manual doesnt cover the setup. does the black filter pad go between the sulfur and crushed coral or does the 2nd pad go on top of the crushed coral? also does the tube in the body connect to the output valve or the input valve?
