Ideas for Possible Upgrade to 75G, going to move into new place around January

So I am thinking, since getting back into this hobby around February, after doing it for like 13 years, I am thinking of upgrading both of my tanks in a 75G, SPS, LPS and Softies...Plus I will be moving in January to a new place, so I think instead of tearing both tanks down and resetting them up, I will just combine them.
Your suggestions will be most helpful!!!!

Lighting it is my main concern.
2 150-175W MH Plus two T-5's for actinic supplement.
OR
48" Tek T-5 6-8 Bulb fixture

30 or 40 Gallon Sump?

Should I get a RR Tank or use the overflow boxes????

the mh is a better light but consuming on electric.if u can fit the 40 use it.it has more water volume and u can put more equip like BIGGER SKIMMER.do what you can afford.i like the t-5 and im going to stick with them for money reasons.just take it slow and make sure u are happy whay u buy the first time

I have had great success with the Tek T-5s with 8 bulbs on a 75 and then 12 bulbs on a 120 if u want I would be glad to email pics

But the SPS in there are easy SPS to house monti cap, birdsnest, green slimer and a pokerstars encrusting nice towards the top

question is always heat, willing to leave an open top, Electric bill, water evaporation and prob a chiller

No i am not leaving the city, hey i may end up moving closer to you!!!
