I have had this setup for about a 1yr. Its a mogul socket with a vue tech 250w ballast Se. Now here is the thing I have acquired a few different bulbs from other reefers here on MR plus my old bulbs and a few cheap bulbs purchased. The cheap bulbs work and fire on with my timer compared to the xms which I have to flick the on and off switch till it lits up after lettin the ballast recharge. the cheap bulbs are m58 plusrite
so i am looking for any suggestions on to what might be the problem and a solution to it...i have tried messing around with the connector in the socket but that still has not worked..
