Where to fill CO2 tank in Queens

went to my local beer distributor and they said they dont do that and that no one in teh city limits can either its against the law. Is this true? Where do you guys in queens get your tanks filled?

This is only a guess, but my paintball guns use Co2 as the air source. I would look up any paintball retailer and see if they can do it.

Now that I am posting this, I am hoping it is CO2 in my tanks

is paintball gun co2 the same grade as resturant grade? i was told it had to be resturant grade co2 like in seltzer water, someone please let me know if this is right or wrong cause i have plenty of paint ball stuff to do some diy with and possibly get wedfr to build me a reactor...i know you got the skillz but i dont i'm sure i could rig up the co2 part of it though
