Modded MJ1200 Wavemaker Question

Does anyone run their Modded MJ1200 on a wave maker? Do you have start up problems or does it start and stop nicely with the new prop?

I am talking about the Eco mods and the magnet holder.

I know the sea-flow mods don't have a problem starting up when you plug and unplug them

My friend was using 3X MJ1200's w/ Eco mods on a RedSea wavemaker. They made a click sound that was annoying enough to force him to remove the mods. I'm not sure if it was the startup or stopping that made the audible noise. The mods were older (this was about 8 months ago). I'm not sure if they have changed the design since then.
