how i get the cloudy water to disappear?

i have a 55 gal i just setup witha wetdry and the water is still cloudy any idea whats wrong?

Give some time to settle down. If you can't wait, put some carbon.

How much live rock do you have? Perhaps the natural filtration this offers hasnt matured yet. this will definitely cause your water to be cloudy, give it time, dont mess around with it too much. If you need more rock:

Use the base rock and let it mature into live rock. Of course you will need live rock to seed it.

just be patient wayne...it takes alittle time with the filter u have and as soon as u get to skimming u will be fine...no worries

patient patient patient patient!!!!! that the trickin this hobby ,,the lees you play with your tank ,the better the out come ,always give it some time ,never rush ,dont panic ,if you ever have a prob and not sure on what to do ,,Doo what you just did ,,post ,wait for an answer and you will be fine ,This is like a baby when it start to walkk,,you can jump everytime the baby time he or she fall ,,
