buying a chiller need some help

i have a 40 gallon cube and i would like to buy a chiller for my tank.i dont have a sump nor do i wish to have one. if anyone has any input it would really help i have no idea about this thanku all.

I think that would work out well for your tank. Maybe you should think of running it off of a return pump to give your tank some added water movement.

i run a 1/10 on my 46g and it works great.

I have a Current USA Prime 1/4 HP chiller in my 72 Bow Front. It is awesome! I bought from the guys at House of Fish/Saltwater Critters. These guys are the best! I suggest you drop them a line. They are MR members/Dealers, and have helped make my tank amazing! I couldn't be happier. Hope this helps.

if your plan is to upgrade.. it's always better to plan ahead for it. You can't over chill so don't worry about that.. the larger chiller is generally better since you could probably run it inline to your return if you go bigger
