I am trying to convert acrylic tank I got it from Inkblue to sump for my 120. My plan is making three partition with four baffles. I want to make as neat as I can, because this tank made so nicely. I need some tip and good trick to make this work done nicely.

1. best way to cut 1/4" acrylic sheet. Can I use one of those acrylic cutter?

2. best way to glue the baffles. Can I put the baffles in place and glue them with needle injector? what kind of glue shall I buy?

Thank you for your input guys,

Hi, David. I think I better be at your place when you make them. Do you have any plan building one of them? Let me know, I can give you a hand.

Thanks David.

thanks you your input.
I have another question. What if I cut 1/16" short, is there anyway I can make up?
It is kind of tricky, since front and the back panel is different thickness.
