ViaAqua Poly-Reactor???????????

Has any one tried the ViaAqua Poly-reactor?? I was thinking of using this item as a phosphate and nitrate remover. I was going to put Seachem Phosguard and Seachem deNitrate in the reactor.My nitrates and po4 are good, but I would like to zero the readings. Do you think this will work?? Thank you for you time!!
