green hair algea

my nitrate 0, phospahte is also 0 but i still get green hair algea. why is that??
i only have 1 pair clown fish, algea blenny, and 1 damsel in the 58 gallon tank. i

what type of corals do you have in your tank and what is the photo period Do you run carbon and if so how long since you've changed it?

Your nitrate & phospate will read 0 if the hair algae has already used them to proliferate. I was getting the same readings with my hair algae problem before I stopped using tap water.

most of my coral are sps . i use ro/di water for my tank. i dont use carbon in tank. no other thing that i could think of to solve the problem.
