Hey guys i am in the market for a new skimmer for under $500 for a 215 tank

any suggestions within these parameters??

preferably in sump

please nothing by MTC has given me nothing but headaches. selling my hsa1000 if anyone wants it

Ok Now all of these skimmers are for in sump installation. What Hang on skimmers do you suggest. I have a Prizm and it works ok but I don't have a sump and probably not going to have one for a long time. How is the Bak Pak? The seaclone users here are ridculed. How bad is the Prizm? DOes that call for ridicule too?

Sorry I forgot to include wet/dry as well in there. All in all the skimmers promoted are for an overflow type filter.

This is a good one but a little more than you wanted to spend but you will make up for it in electric bills.

ASM gets my vote some slight mods (recirculation mod) it's a kick A** in sump skimmer!

so guys if i was to get an asm skimmer-- could the collection cup be modified to create a waste chamber line??

also about precsion marine the bullet xl it has a beckett injector anyone know about this one, if it is any good??
