PH To High?

I just tested my Ph and after it being pretty constistant at 8.2 for 2-3 weeks or so tonight its at 8.8 is that possible? My alk is very low as well at about 2.0

last night i did a 15% water change....
I did however change my pc bulbs yesterday afternoon any coralation?

Ok Plenty of LR LS, Sump, Oceanic...2 tangs, and damsel...65g ...

I think the problem is i do not have enough aeration in my room....My thirty gallon was thriving in the summer maybe cause i had 2 fans on it for cooling and the windows open....

Its harder to do that now being its winter....=O
