to sync them you first have to set one as the master, which you can look in the manual to figure out, or download the manual from ecotech marine. then you set the second one as the slave. then you have to confirm it on the master pump and you are good to go. when it is working correctly the master pump will show all the colors for the different modes, and the slave pump will either be orange (for anti-sync) or i forget what color it is for sync.

Right now your pumps are in stall mode (green/red) You need to check the wet side and dry side. Make sure the prop is being blocked or the nut is not to tight and the whole prop assembly is correct. The magnets need to spin freely.
Check your pin spacer and make sure you have it set to the correct depth of you glass and also the pin spacer is set flush and not crooked. If the pin spacer is set wrong, either the magnet will rub against the pin spacer and pull the wet side magnet against the wet side cap or the pin spacer is set to deep and the magnets can not make good connection and can’t get enough magnetic strength to spin the wet side. These will cause the driver to throw itself into stall mode.
Did you make a pump the master pump and the other pump the slave? This needs to be done first. To set the master you need to tap the mode button, once you tap it the led screen will blink blue and green. Once the master is set hold the slave and tap the set button. the led screen will blink blue then yellow.
When set up your master and slave make sure they are next to each other and nothing is or can block the drivers communications. If anything is blocking the communication will fail. I found my cell phone blocked the communications. FYI.
When you are in ‘sync’ the master pump will blink the ‘color’ of what ever mode you are in. The slave pump will blink clear and the anti sync is orange.
You must set the master pump up to what you want, speed and mode. Once you choose the mode you want ‘lock’ it then set your pump speed. Once you have gotten the pump speed lock it.
The Mp40w will start to broadcast the sync to any other mp40w you have. You can choose to either sync the slave or not. If you choose not to sync the other mp40w it will blink its mode color then orange to let the user know its not in sync.
