Open the cap by turning, dump out the old DI media and replace with new. Can't be any simpler.

I had the same issues with Aquatic Reef Systems... from what I understand, the gentleman who owns it has taken ill.

There was an older thread i started and some people gave some good alternatives, and the site I used had offerred up great services at even better prices.
