Epsom salt & Mag Flakes dosing

OK I just mixed up a batch of Epsom salt & Mag flakes . Know what i what to know is how much to does. Its a 75g and my mag is at 800ppm . I want to get it at 1400. Would like to does 100ppm a day can some one tell me how much to does with to two mixed together. I went on the calculator for mag but no option for both mix together. Can someone help me.

I mixed 5 cups of mag flakes & 3 cupes of epsom salt.
