Filter floss

Is there a particular/better filter floss out there to use. i am going to start buying some but theres a bunch of different brands.

What are you using it for - a FW aquarium type filter or in some other way?

In my cichlid tanks i use the poly fill from wallmart look in the craft section they use it to stuff pillows its like 2 bucks for a huge back that will last a long while, used it for many years in the cichlid tank with no ill effects just need to change it often 2 or more times per week it gets clogged fast but polishes the water nice
