Lettuce Nudibranch

How do you keep lettuce nudis from getting sucked into your overflow. I want some for my 150, but I had them in my 55 and they always got sucked into the overflow. I don't want to go and waste moneys on these cute critters just to have them commit overflow suicide.

These have a specialized diet of a certain type of algae. If that is not present then they slowly die and end up in your overflow.

They weren't dead when they got sucked into the overflow. 2 got sucked into the overflow as soon as I put them in the tank. I was able to save one, but the other died.

They die slowly through starvation as thier food source exhausts itself. The problem is a starving slug and healthy slug look very similar. They weaken to the point they get sucked into overflows.
A healthy lettuce leaf sea slug would be able to stay out of your overflow.
