Ok I am watching tv trying to pass out and a pledge commerical comes on so the little girl is feeding the fish and the glass on the tank was dirty, you know where I. Going with this. Well they say you can clean any thing and she cleans the fish tank glass with the pledge. Oooo boy I hope ppl don't get this idea.

Agreed - not good. Who knows if someones child will see this and help clean the tank while no adult is watching. :eek:

I just wrote to SCJohnson and commented about this - let's see what they have to say. They are known as a responsible company, so let's see their response.

Anthony - do you know which Pledge product the commercial was for in particular?

I think it comes more into are you a responisble parent or not, than blaming a company. Why would your children even have cleaning products in their hands? If they are not old enough or responsible enough to know to not use them on your fish tank, then they shouldn't be using it at all. The parents should make the children aware of the situation before hand and not even have to worry about a commercial. Just my .02 cents
