Algae Control and type???

Ok, I got this rock from Tony at Reef Exotics... its awesome stuff! Lots of color and growth... so much so I have never seen some of the stuff on the rock. Can anyone tell me what I have and what I need to control it?

I have a few creatures for control inside the tank now... they are doing a good job against the green growth and red stuff on the cutting board.

20 - Dwarf Red Tip Hermit Crabs
10 - Margarita Snails
5 - Scarlet Reef Hermit Crabs

Whats going to control this red "hair-like" algae?

and, can you see the bluish strand like growth? This is new... started coming out a day ago.

Mexican turbos did a great job for me.

That red stuff look like the red ogo that grows in Brett's 20g - my tangs pick this stuff clean when I put it into the main display.

Aside from that, I don't think a cleaner crew will be able to eradicate that - I would be willing to swap you a piece and have my tangs clean this.

Amen to that, however I just checked out FT, they're out of mex turbos.

The turbos I have never touched the stuff, as far as I know only Mexican turbos will eat the turf algae.
